Hosting run by engineers
you actually know.

No plan pickers, no tickets into the void. Managed WordPress hosting, application hosting, DevOps services, and server administration on our own infrastructure — and every client gets a named engineer who knows their stack.

One team across your whole stack.

From WooCommerce hosting to the Linux servers it runs on — the same engineers cover every layer, so nothing falls between vendors. Every engagement is scoped in a conversation and run by a named engineer.

Fully managed hosting

Managed WordPress Hosting

Fully managed WordPress hosting: we host, tune, secure, and update your sites on our own AMD EPYC / NVMe infrastructure — including WooCommerce hosting for stores where an hour of downtime is real money. You keep writing and selling; everything below the dashboard is ours.

Core, plugin, and theme updates — tested on staging before production
Server-level page cache + Redis object cache, tuned per site
Malware scanning with same-day cleanup, not just detection
Daily off-site backups, 30-day retention, restore drills
Mail, DNS, and SSL managed as part of the service
WooCommerce-aware: cart-safe caching, order-preserving deploys
Custom app hosting

Application Hosting

Git-native managed app hosting for custom applications — Node, PHP, Python, or static. Push to a branch and it deploys; every environment gets its own URL, and the databases behind it are managed by us.

Push-to-deploy from GitHub or GitLab with build logs
Production, staging, and per-branch preview environments
Managed MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis behind your app
Zero-downtime releases with one-click rollback
TLS, CDN, and DNS handled automatically
Environment variables, cron, and queues managed for you
Delivery & automation

DevOps Services & Engineering

DevOps services for teams that ship: we build and run the delivery machinery around your code — on your infrastructure or ours. Pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability: the work that makes shipping boring, in the good way.

CI/CD pipelines with zero-downtime deployment workflows
Infrastructure as code — Ansible and Terraform, reviewed in git
Containerization and Kubernetes where it earns its keep
Monitoring, log aggregation, and alerting wired to humans
Cloud architecture and cost right-sizing on Hetzner or AWS
Release engineering: rollbacks, feature flags, deploy hygiene
Your servers, our hands

Server Administration & Management

Linux server administration and management for servers wherever they run — we become their operations team: hardening, patching, tuning, and 24/7 incident response. You don’t have to move anything to work with us.

Initial setup, hardening, and SSH/firewall policy
Scheduled patch management with change notes you can read
24/7 on-call incident response with a response-time SLA
Performance tuning: databases, PHP-FPM, NGINX, kernel
Backup and disaster-recovery design, tested with drills
Security audits with a prioritized fix list — then we fix it
How we work

A conversation, not a checkout.

01

Intro call or intake

Thirty minutes with an engineer, or a five-minute form. We learn what you run, what hurts, and what it costs you today.

02

Audit & proposal

We review your stack and come back with a written scope: what we’d change, what we’d run, and a single monthly number.

03

We take it over

Migration or handover with zero downtime. Your named engineer sets up monitoring, backups, and a direct thread to you.

04

You stop thinking about it

Updates, incidents, scaling, and security happen without a ticket. You get a plain-language report every month.

Why there's no pricing page

A WooCommerce store doing €2M a year and a five-page brochure site don't need the same things — pretending they fit the same three tiers is how hosting gets bad. Tell us what you run; we'll quote exactly what it takes to run it well.

Why teams switch hosting providers

What changes when we take over.

Serious metal underneath — but this is what you actually feel in the first month.

speed

Your site gets faster

Most sites we take over cut load times in half within the first week — Gen5 NVMe, tuned caching, HTTP/3 edge.

time

You get hours back

Updates, patches, and maintenance stop being your Tuesday night. Everything happens without a ticket from you.

incidents

Incidents end quietly

We usually fix problems before you hear about them — and when you do, it’s our postmortem, not your outage.

recovery

Mistakes are reversible

Immutable off-site backups and pre-change snapshots — a bad deploy or deleted page is a 10-minute restore, not a crisis.

shipping

You ship without fear

Staging that mirrors production, zero-downtime deploys, one-click rollback. Friday releases stop being brave.

security

Security is handled

DDoS scrubbing, WAF, malware response, and audited access — you read about the attack, it didn’t reach you.

clarity

You see everything

A monthly plain-language report: what we changed, what we prevented, and what we recommend next.

people

A person answers

Your named engineer replies in minutes — someone who already knows your stack, not a first-line script.

White-glove website migration

Moving is our problem, not yours.

WordPress migration, app migration, or a full server move: sites, databases, email, DNS, SSL, and cron jobs come with you. Your old environment stays untouched until you sign off, and rollback is a routing change — not a restore.

Who you're working with

Your infrastructure team,
not your hosting vendor.

Scaleburst is an EU-based managed hosting and server management company, run by a deliberately small group of senior infrastructure engineers, with infrastructure in Germany and Finland. We take on a limited number of clients so that every engagement works the way agency relationships should: one engineer owns your stack from day one, knows its history, and answers directly. No first-line support, no escalation ladder — the person you email is the person with root.

1 named engineer per account — they run your stack, join your calls, and answer your email
24/7 monitoring and incident response — a human answers, day or night
15+ years of production experience per engineer — ops for stacks from WooCommerce to Kubernetes
1 flat monthly number per engagement — scoped in a conversation, never a pricing table
Questions we get asked

Managed hosting, migration, and GDPR — answered.

Straight answers on where your data lives, what happens during a migration, and what an engagement looks like.

What does managed hosting from Scaleburst include?

Everything below your dashboard: core, plugin and theme updates tested on staging before production, server-level and Redis caching tuned per site, malware scanning with same-day cleanup, daily off-site backups with 30-day retention, mail, DNS and SSL, 24/7 monitoring, and a named engineer who knows your stack. You get a plain-language report every month.

Where are your servers located?

On our own AMD EPYC / NVMe infrastructure in EU data centres in Falkenstein, Germany and Helsinki, Finland, with anycast DNS and CDN edge in five regions. US (Ashburn, Hillsboro) and Singapore regions are available when your audience needs them. All facilities are ISO 27001 certified.

Is hosting with Scaleburst GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Sites are hosted in EU regions by default, so customer data stays inside the European Union unless you choose a non-EU region. Access is audited, backups are immutable and off-site within the EU, and your data, configuration and DNS are exportable at any time.

Will my site go down during migration?

No. Files and databases sync in the background while your site keeps running on the old host. Cutover uses lowered DNS TTLs and dual-serving, so visitors move as caches expire and nobody hits an error page. The old environment stays untouched until you sign off, and we hold a pre-migration snapshot for 30 days.

How long does a WordPress migration take?

The audit is usually done within 2 to 4 hours of receiving access. Staged sync runs on day one. You browse a preview on a temporary domain at your own pace, or choose an instant switch. The cutover itself takes about 15 minutes, followed by a 14-day watch before anything is final.

Why is there no pricing page?

A WooCommerce store doing €2M a year and a five-page brochure site don't need the same things. Instead of three tiers, we scope what you run in a conversation and quote a single flat monthly number that covers everything. No usage surprises, no per-feature line items.

How fast do you respond?

The median first reply from a human is under 4 minutes. Every project intake gets a substantive reply from an engineer within one business day. Sales hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00 CET; incident response for clients is 24/7.

Do I have to move my servers to you for server administration?

No. Server administration works on your servers wherever they run: Hetzner, AWS, another provider or on-premises. We become the operations team: hardening, patch management, performance tuning, backups, security audits and 24/7 on-call incident response with a response-time SLA.

Is there a contract lock-in?

Engagements are month to month after the first quarter. Your data, configurations and DNS are always exportable, so leaving is a handover, not a hostage negotiation.

Do you host WooCommerce stores?

Yes. WooCommerce hosting is a core case: cart-safe caching, order-preserving deploys, staging that mirrors production, and same-day response when an hour of downtime is real money.

Which stacks does application hosting support?

Node, PHP, Python and static sites, deployed from GitHub or GitLab on push, with production, staging and per-branch preview environments. Managed MariaDB, PostgreSQL and Redis run behind your app, with zero-downtime releases and one-click rollback.

Tell us what you're running.

A short intake form or a 30-minute call — either way you'll talk to the engineer who'd own your setup, not a sales team.
